Frequently Asked Questions
What Services require a consultation?
Color, relaxer, perm, and micro link extension services do require consultations. Appointments will be cancelled if scheduled without a consultation.
Do you provide hair extensions?
We provide Virgin Cambodian and Vietnamese hair that should be order during the consultation appointment. Straight and wavy hair extensions are typically available. However, other textures and color variations should be order at the salon 10 business days prior.
Should I arrive detangled?
Hair should be detangled to the best of your ability prior to your appointment.
Do you provide extensions services using hair provided by the client?
Yes. We encourage using hair provided by us to guarantee fullness and a great texture match. However, there are other brands we’d be happy to recommend.
What services include a shampoo and condition?
All services include a shampoo and conditioner. However, for color services it is preferred for your hair to be fairly clean.
